Look.. all I know is that Volumen-2 freaking LOVED Wings the TV show. Especially the cab driver character played by that guy that is now Monk. Maybe that doesn't have anything to do with this song, but I feel like it does.. on some level. Most of the song was improv, I believe, especially the parts near the end. I only know this because we had moved the 4-track into the basement of the Hickey House. It was effectively a big mud hole in the ground and there were makeshift shelves down there for canning and preserving food.
