This song was recorded on the first day we got the new 4-track. Doug had fallen asleep and even though the 4-track was in our shared bedroom, I continued to record until the wee, wee hours. This is a love song to Steve Paul, who we loved very much. It was a fun goofy song when I recorded it and now it kind of makes me sad. (Steve was killed a freak accident a few years ago). I still love you Steven, I'd totally be gay for you, even still.

BTW, the "shoulder thing" was a trick where he made his shoulder blades touch. It was fascinatingly gross.
