This was another song that was written during the recording process. The concept is that we've fucked up the earth with pollution and whatnot and humanity is forced to live in giant airships (or zeppelins) that orbit the earth. The most majestic of these is The Fleetwood. Well... something bad happens. As you may or may not know, I'm obsessed with all things post-apocalyptic.
