This song is about a cat and fish who become friends and go on a magical adventure. But, if you've ever been to a Volumen show then you know that because I say it every time. The fish was my goldfish Neilson (who I drove up from Laramie strapped into the passenger's seat of my van). The cat was named Gomez and he could fetch Tupperware lids with a crown royal bag on his head. He was like the Jedi of cats. Gomez's mother belonged to this crazy girl who was dating a guy named Zeke. She actually broke the cat's back in a fit of rage. I think that explains everything? No? Tough.
